Policy/Shipping

 

Thank you for visiting Melaku Aromatherapy. Everything listed on this page is "Made-To-Order" except for the bar soaps. My current processing time is 1-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delivery delays once the package leaves with the carrier. A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. It may take 24-48 hours before tracking information is updated. U.S orders are shipped USPS priority mail. 

- Changing the address after you've placed an order -

If you've already placed an order to an incorrect shipping address, the first thing you should do is to cancel the transaction within 24hrs. This would allow you to repurchase the item(s) using the correct shipping address. At this time, it's not possible for us to manually edit the address in your order confirmation.

- Determining if your order is lost in the mail

If the package is already in transit to a different address or lost in the mail, you must contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or visit USPS.com. They may be able to re-route your package or assist you in filing a claim for missing mail.

*Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds/Exchanges:
Due the nature of products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you encounter any issues or damage please contact shop owner.

*Gifts Recipients:
Gift recipients will not be able to refund or exchange items. They must contact the original buyer. All transaction details are confidential and I cannot disclose any information to anyone other than the buyer.
